About Mimalis and Forever Label

The online shop of Mimalis – concept of living is part of our ‘Concept of Giving’. As a company we are long term committed and engaged with VP Forever, an international organisation that supports underprivileged communities around the world. Together with VP Forever, Mimalis developed The Forever Label. Mimalis hosts the online shop and provides support financially and logistically.

All sales of products of Forever Label are going back 100% to the people who make them and their local communities. Mimalis does not take any profit from any of the sales of Forever Label items.

All products of the Forever Label are part of the concept of giving of Mimalis. The logistics are arranged by volunteers and contributors of the Forever Community of VP Forever who dedicate their time and efforts to deliver your items to you.

We work hard to make sure you feel comfortable with your shopping experience with us. Everything below is a legal guideline. By ordering a product with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This website is operated by Mimalis – concept of living. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mimalis – concept of living. Mimalis – concept of living offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

A contract between the customer and Mimalis – concept of living for the sale of one of our products or services will only exist once an order has been accepted, paid in full, processed and dispatched (at which point the funds have been received in full into our bank account). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

Services will only be provided once the order has been accepted and paid in full. All services provided on this site are non-refundable or transferrable upon cancellation from the client. We have the right to change or cancel any appointment until 60 min prior to the session. We will provide a new appointment according to our availability and in no case there will be given any refund and the new appointment will be valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. If after 6 months, the client and Mimalis do not agree on a new appointment, the service will be not available anymore and non-refundable.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
We aim to have all orders delivered within two weeks. Estimated delivery dates may be subject to change as all deliveries are handled by our Forever Community of volunteers and contributors.

A delay of delivery by inevitable events e.g. strike, lockout or other losses of the supplier extends the time for delivery in an appropriate way. If a supply should be impossible due to the events mentioned above, we are entitled to withdraw totally or partly from the contract.

As currencies we accept bank transfers in EURO, USD, GBP, SGD and IDR. We confirm the exact amount during confirmation of your order. Orders are only confirmed once we receive the payment in full. We do not reserve products unless stated differently on certain products. Pre- ordering products may be available on certain products and always stated in the product description. Only after complete payment will the buyer be the owner of the goods.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through this website or a third party website or store. These products may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All items sold on Mimalis – concept of living are individually handmade which makes each piece unique and special. Please be aware that although the designs are set, due to the handcraft of each item by our local communities they may vary to the designs on the website. Every item is unique and one of a kind, and deserves to be treated with care. Every item will be delivered with care instructions but we expect our buyers to love and care about the product as much as we do. Be gentle with each product, wear with love and treat with care.

SECTION 19 RANGE

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We do not have big productions and stock is always very limited. If a product is out of stock, this will be highlighted in your shopping cart. For some items the option to pre-order will be given. This may vary for each item.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

SECTION 23 – REIKI AND COACHING SESSIONS

Reiki works to serve the highest good always. Therefore a desired outcome may or may not result from a Reiki healing session and the effects of each session is unique for every client. Our testimonials are based on personal experiences and not a guarantee outcome for your Reiki healing.

We do not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatment or prescribe substances. We are not healthcare professionals, and therefore all Reiki healing and coaching sessions (distance and/or hand on) with Mimalis are not to be construed as a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or examination. By booking a Reiki session, the client agree to accept full responsibility that they solely are in charge of their life journey, life choices, transformation, and agree to take full responsibility for their well-being and health, and for the decisions that lead to necessary shifts in attitudes, nutrition and lifestyle.

The information on this website in not intended for the purposes of self-treatment and self-diagnosis. It is strongly recommended that you see a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments you may have, and always consult a doctor before making any changes to your existing medical care, including starting or stopping any treatment and medication.

All individual appointments, classes and courses, packages and offers are non-transferrable between people and valid for the period of time marked on the website.
