Reiki and Reiki services

Reiki is beneficial for everyone, even children and animals. Although it is a useful tool for those who are struggling with anxiety, burn out, depression and emotional trauma, it’s not limited to that function. A lot of people book a Reiki session for its calming and relaxing effect. It is used worldwide and some countries offer free sessions in hospitals. Read more about the research here.

What to expect after a Reiki session.

Every experience is different and very personal. Some people feel more relaxed, clearer, less pain or other benefits after a session. The effects of a healing session can be during, after or even hours after the treatment ended. Although the experience of Reiki is subjective, changeable, and sometimes very subtle, it can be sometimes dramatic. While for other people, the first session in particular may be uneventful, they still feel somehow better afterward.

The most common experience is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation. Reiki is cumulative and even people who don’t notice much the first time usually have progressively deeper experiences if they continue. Besides the immediate experience, you may notice other changes that continue to unfold as the day goes on: perhaps stronger digestion, a sense of being more aligned and poised and less reactive, and sleeping deeply that night.
