SHIPPING

All products of the Forever Label are part of the concept of giving of Mimalis – concept of giving. The logistics, distribution and deliveries are arranged by volunteers and contributors of the Forever Community of VP Forever who dedicate their time and efforts to deliver your items to you.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping address as well as products that are in the shopping cart at check out on our website. The price for shipping will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart, after you enter your address.

We confirm that we have calculated all shipping costs based on fees of the postage services and we do not take any profit on any of the shipping costs.

We are using postage services from The Netherlands as our contributors are based there. In the future we hope to have more distribution locations to lower shipping costs outside The Netherlands.

We process all orders within 3 days of being placed if the item is in stock. Delivery is maximum 2 weeks after the order date.  Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours and an estimated delivery date will be given.

We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.

CUSTOMS & DUTY

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Mimalis – concept of giving cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. MImalis – concept of living will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because the customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mimalis – concept of giving has a strict non- return, non- exchange and non- refundable policy for all items of Forever Label. All products are handmade by our local communities. Mimalis -concept of giving is committed to guarantee fair wages and working conditions for all craftsmen, women, artisans and other workers.

Forever Label is part of the concept of giving of Mimalis and therefore Mimalis is committed to supporting Forever Label financially and logistically. However all deliveries and distribution are arranged by our volunteers and contributors. Therefore we can not take any responsibility for return or exchange of any of the products.

All profits of sales of items of Forever Label are going 100% back to the local communities who make the products. Mimalis – concept of living does not take any profit on any sales.

LOST PARCELS & DELIVERY ISSUES

Mimalis -concept of living cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by Ananda Soul are the responsibility of the customer.

CHARGEBACKS AND BANK DISPUTES

Any chargebacks or disputes filed by a customer to their bank before corresponding with Mimalis – concept of living will be considered in poor faith. Mimalis – concept of living will do everything in its power to resolve the issue directly with the customer as per the policies above. Chargebacks or Disputes may extend this process by several months before any refunds or resolutions can be made. Any costs incurred by Mimalis – concept of living due to chargebacks or disputes are the responsibility of the customer.
